The Ministry of Interior has officially announced the opening of tourist entry visa applications for citizens arriving from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on the occasion of the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
◾ The tourist visa costs $55, inclusive of official fees and service charges. Applications must be submitted through authorized tourism companies contracted with the Iraqi Tourism Authority.
◾ Alternatively, visitors can apply for a direct visit visa electronically through the Ministry's official website for a fee of $75.
