I am a Iraqi certified tour guide and translator. I call myself "storyteller" because this is my unique feature that I tell stories about the life in Iraq, the components that created my people, and analyzing their nature. The tourists I escort tell said:“Faez, you know your people tell stories about them which we can’t find in books” that is because I lived in three cities and have acquired extra knowledge about my people more that the others.

Not everywhere. bring cash with you ($100 notes new version only)

Don't worry. You can order salad, mashed potatoes and rice, but if you are vagent, you will have less choices.

Sur you can. But dollars are more preferred!

well, you need to get the permission from the government before you come, and you need to declare legal and convincing documents.

We have artists, fine art galleries, theatres, orchestra, football stadiums that you can enjoy watching some matches. Also we have body building stars. LOL

Why are the Iraqis talking so loudly?
This is a linguistic question. The Iraqi Dialect is strong due to the strong pronunciation we utter. Don't panic when you see two men sitting next to each other and shouting. The are just discussing daily issues. HAHAHA
What is the tipping culture inside the hotel?
Give tips to those who serve you directly (like the housekeeping staff)
What is the Iraqi typical meal?
The barbecued fish (Masgouf) is the very authentic and ancient meal. Then comes the traditional bread with Lamb and soup. BTW the Iraqi cuisine is a mixed cultural one due to the large number of the countries occupier it all over the history

1- In case the journey is canceled by the tourists before arriving to Iraq, 20% of the total amount is to be deducted.
2- In case the journey is canceled by the tourist after arriving to Iraq, 60% of the total amount is to be deducted.
3- If it happens and the tour guide cannot complete the journey, another adequate one is to be commissioned.
Additional Terms & Information
1- If it happens and we find the place to be visited is closed, we agree about plan B that must cost the same price as the one in plan A.
2- Extra places require extra fees.
