📋 Rental Terms

Deposit:

A refundable deposit of 750,000 IQD is required, along with a temporary original passport.

Required Documents:

A valid driving license (Iraqi, international, or foreign).

Proof of residence (housing ID or equivalent).

Minimum Rental Period:

Minimum rental duration is 2 days.

🛡️ Renter’s Rights & Responsibilities

Driving Range:

Driving is permitted within Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces with a daily limit of 200 km.

If this limit is exceeded, an extra fee of 500 IQD per additional kilometer will be charged.

Comprehensive Insurance:

Includes accident coverage.

In case of an accident, a service fee of 150,000 IQD applies.

The renter must obtain an official traffic police accident report.

🛠️ Maintenance & Breakdowns

 in case of any mechanical issues, the renter must notify the company immediately.

 A temporary replacement vehicle will be provided during the repair period.

 The renter is not allowed to perform maintenance or take the vehicle to any external workshop without the company’s permission.
